MBCC 2026

As part of the Mind, Brain, and Consciousness Conference (MBCC 2026) at the Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, a National-Level Yoga Competition is organized to evaluate practitioners on precision, stability, control, and awareness under structured conditions.

Classical Yoga Performance

Age 18–40  |  Strict syllabus-based evaluation
Stage 1

Video Submission — Moderate Level (Fixed Protocol)

  • Vrikshasana — 20 sec hold
  • Natarajasana — 20 sec hold
  • Bhujangasana — 15 sec hold

  • Sarvangasana — 30 sec hold
  • Padmasana / Siddhasana — 30 sec hold
Conditions
  • All asanas must be performed
  • Continuous sequence (no editing)
  • Full body visibility
